We are building a new team, of Trainee Sales Executives for our growing business based in Team Valley, Gateshead. You will be supporting our customer support and sales teams via both in and out-bound calls.  

Your primary roles will include: 

• supporting customers with excellent customer service 
• recognising opportunities to cross-sell products  

• contact inbound leads to gather key information for the sales team 

Personal specification 

• You must be confident in speaking with people, both face to face and on the phone  
• You must also be able and willing to learn new skills and retain new information quickly. 
• To be right for this position you will be motivated, ambitious and great on the phone (obviously that’s a given).
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential 

This role comes a competitive hourly rate and a bonus scheme where you can easily double your earnings if you are willing to put in the effort!
