Michael has 14 years’ experience within Utilities, Business Fixedline, calls and broadband connectivity as well as systems, networking and VoIP software.

His experience has been crucial in building strong relationships with suppliers and negotiation great deals for our customers.

Dom Ryan

Co-founder |Marketing and Fundraising Support

Dom is head our business gas & electric team. He brings with him a wealth of experience and enthusasim for savings that is infectious.

Carla Redpath

Co-founder| Customer Service & Processing

Carla has been working in the energy and telecoms sector for over 10 years. She personally oversees every deal that is processed through SwitchAid as part of her tireless efforts to provide the best service possible to every customer.

Brandon Heron

Account Manager

Brandon joined SwitchAid to develop and grow our customer support team. He supports charities and businesses on a daily basis to ensure they can continue to access the best services on the market.
