Q: Why was SoGEA created?
In December 2027, the UK PSTN circuits will be shut off completely. These are the traditional phoneline that many homes and businesses use everyday for their phone system and internet.
SoGEA will bypass the phoneline, improving connectivity performance and future proofing your charities internet infrastructure.
As it will utilise existing fibre and copper lines, installation is fast and costs are low.
Q: Can I add a Guest Wifi?
Yes, a Guest Wifi is a must if you allowing guests to access your Wifi. Speak to our team when ordering your broadband and they will take you through your options and recommend the best service for your needs.
Q: Can I keep my existing phone number?
A: Yes, you can port your geographic number. (Not non-geographic currently)
Q: How long does installation take?
Installation is usually 5-10 working days from the date of signature. You will be updated regularly on the state of your order throughout the process.
