Charity Broadband

Is your good cause suffering from an unreliable or slow internet connection? We can conduct a site survey prior to installation, so that we can provide you with an internet connection which will provide you with the highest speeds available.

We offer 6 different types of internet connection; ADSL, Fibre To The Cabinet (FTTC), Fibre To The Premises (FTTP), SoGEA, Mobile Broadband & Leased Line subject to availability.

Super-fast Broadband (FTTC & FTTP)

If you’re looking for high-speed fibre optic broadband, you can choose from two types. FTTC (Fibre To The Cabinet), where a fibre optic connection reaches your local cabinet. There, the connection will be directed to your premises via copper cables. FTTC is the most common form of broadband, combining speed, quality and price.

FTTP (Fibre To The Premises) on the other hand, gives you an all-the-way through fibre connection to your offices, offering a faster and more reliable service.

Super-fast Future Broadband (SoGEA)

SoGEA is the future of broadband in UK. It bypasses the need for a traditional phoneline as the connection carries directly from the exchange to the street cabinet and direct to your building. SoGEA offers the same speed as at traditional super-fast broadband but at a lower price.

SoGEA stands for Single Order Generic Ethernet Access which means you only deal with one access point to your building rather than two. So you can expect increased reliability, quicker installations and cheaper monthly costs.

Smart VoIP Broadband

Smart VoIP Broadband utilises our “Converged” fibre service which automatically manages voice and data traffic, perfect for VoIP telecoms users.

Voice and data traffic compete against each other on standard ADSL & Fibre broadband lines, meaning voice data can become slower and affect call quality. Smart VoIP broadband separates the traffic and directs voice traffic to your phone and data traffic to all other devices. The result is better call quality and fast browser speeds.

A must for all VoIP users.
