Accidents happen, so that’s why there’s no limit to how many claims you can make
Unlike many insurance policies your phone is covered while being used by any employee. This means that your handset can be passed from employee to employee and will still be insured.
Protect handsets that are up to 36 months old when insured with any handset that up under 12 months old
Replace any accessories (up to £150) if they are damaged, stolen or lost at the same time as your mobile phone.

A: Cover is provided for all kinds of mobile phones and tablets – including Samsung, HTC, Sony, BlackBerry and iPhone. We also offer insurance for laptops, smartwatches or other gadgets
A: You can pay for mobile insurance monthly by Direct Debit. Once you order we will set up a recurring monthly payment for you using the bank details provided.
A: Your policy begins on the date you sign up for your insurance, and we will email your policy documents to you to confirm this as soon as you complete the sign up process.
Your charity mobile insurance policy covers the handset itself which means it can be used by any employee and the phone will be covered.

A: In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim you should contact Direct Group, our claims administrator, as soon as reasonably possible from discovery of the incident (or in the event of an incident occurring outside of the United Kingdom, on returning to the United Kingdom).
